  • Advised Hexagon Intergraph AB (Sweden, Nasdaq HXGBF) in its acquisition of Pixis, a Chilean process control and engineering firm.

  • Assisted Mayr-Melnhof Karton AG (Austria, VIE: MMK) Europe’s largest carton board packaging company) in the acquisitions of Marinetti S.A. (Chile), Graficas Los Andes SAS, and Plegacol S.A.S. (Colombia); and in a negotiation and due diligence for the potential acquisition of a Brazilian packaging company.
